Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Determine hiring needs, recruit, interview, and hire the best candidates
  • Complete new hire paperwork
  • Evaluate staff to identify coaching needs
  • Set measurable, attainable goals for Assistant Managers and Supervisors
  • Lead the team enthusiastically
  • Maintain confidential employee files and promote an open door policy
  • Conduct weekly management meetings
  • Track and report on the restaurant's financial status
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to remain calm under stress
  • Self-motivated and effective communicator
  • Mobility required during entire shift; ability to lift up to 25 pounds
