Olga's Kitchen, now owned and operated by TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants, is seeking a Manager - Hourly to join our team of over 700 dedicated staff members. We are committed to serving the freshest food, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining clean and safe restaurant environments.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Determine hiring needs, recruit, interview, and hire the best candidates
  • Complete new hire paperwork
  • Evaluate staff performance and coaching needs
  • Set measurable, attainable goals for Assistant Managers and Supervisors
  • Lead the team enthusiastically
  • Maintain confidential employee files and promote an open-door policy
  • Conduct weekly management meetings
  • Track and report restaurant financials
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to stay calm under stress
  • Self-motivated and effective communicator
  • Mobility required during shifts, including bending, twisting, and lifting up to 25 pounds
