Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily restaurant operations
2. Determine hiring needs, recruit, interview, and hire the best candidates
3. Complete new hire paperwork
4. Evaluate staff performance and identify coaching needs
5. Set measurable goals for Assistant Managers and Supervisors
6. Lead the team enthusiastically
7. Maintain confidential employee records
8. Promote an open door policy
9. Conduct weekly management meetings
10. Track and report on financial status

Qualifications

1. 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
2. Ability to remain calm under stress
3. Self-motivated
4. Effective communication skills
5. Mobility during shift; ability to lift up to 25 pounds
