We are seeking a Manager, Hospitality & Events to join our team. This role involves assisting with partnership activations, guest engagement programs, and maintaining excellent communication and service to our clients.

You Will:

• Apply strategic marketing goals to enhance events including corporate meetings, tradeshows, and brand activations.
• Work with clients as part of operational teams across multiple events/properties.
• Develop relationships with vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and coordinating logistics.
• Manage attendee experiences, including registration, communications, and onsite registration.
• Use project plans, run of show, cue sheets, and budgets to ensure timely planning.
• Monitor industry trends and technology to enhance programs.
• Develop ideas for branding, collateral, and on-site materials.
• Source and manage external suppliers, venues, and services.
• Contribute to client meetings with prepared documents and presentations.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and develop scope of work.
• Conduct post-event analysis to improve future events.

You Have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in event management or marketing, focusing on corporate meetings, activations, or conferences.
• Proficiency with CVENT platform.
• Budget management skills.
• Experience influencing teams and senior partners.
• Experience managing trade shows, exhibits, and vendor relations.
• Ability to create engaging campaigns.
• Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours (up to 20%).
• Physical ability to set up and break down events.
