Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Inc. is seeking an experienced Home Health Manager to oversee clinical operations at the Athens location, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with laws and agency standards.

You will lead skilled nurses, therapists, social workers and aides, build community partnerships, manage staffing and scheduling, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional outcomes. This role requires a nursing degree and several years of clinical and management experience in home health.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nursing Program Required.
• 5 years of clinical experience, two of which must be recent in home health.
• 2 years of progressive management experience (7 years total).
• Georgia RN licensure or NLC/eNCL multistate licensure required.
• Georgia driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise clinical operations at the assigned location under the Home Health Director.
• Ensure Associates provide services in accordance with laws, regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

The Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising clinical operations at the assigned location under the direct supervision of the Home Health Director. The Manager ensures that all Associates, including skilled nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides, provide service and function in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as agency and company philosophy, policies and service standards. The Manager also cultivates strong relationships with the community, other professions and key influencers in conjunction with agency and company goals.

• Graduate of a Nursing Program Required

Work Experience

• 5 years of clinical experience, two of which must be recent in home health Required and
• 2 years of progressive management experience (7 years total), preferably in home health, which could include back office operations of home health quality management, staff orientation and education, patient intake, scheduling and staff management, or supervision Required

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License Upon Hire Required and
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Valid Georgia Driver’s license Upon Hire Required
