Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Manager of clinical operations for the Athens Home Health location. The role oversees skilled nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides, ensuring compliance with laws, agency policies, and service standards.

You will cultivate strong community relationships aligned with agency goals. Required are an RN license in Georgia, 5 years of clinical experience (2 recent in home health) and 2 years of progressive management (7 years total).

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nursing Program required.
• 5 years of clinical experience, two of which must be recent in home health, and 2 years of progressive management experience (7 years total) required.
• RN Georgia licensure current; Georgia driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• The Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising clinical operations at the assigned location under the direct supervision of the Home Health Director. The Manager ensures that all Associates provide service and function in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as agency and company philosophy, policies and service standards. The Manager also cultivates strong relationships with the community and key influencers in alignment with agency goals.
