Piedmont Augusta Hospital in Georgia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for home health. You will provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes, coordinating with physicians and the care team to maintain continuity of care.

Requires GA RN licensure and CPR. Travel is required; a $10,000 sign-on bonus is available and patient outcomes are at the forefront of care delivery.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years clinical experience required.
• 1 year Home Health experience required.
• Some daily travel is required.

Responsibilities

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus available

The Registered Nurse in Home Health provides and directs provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies. The Registered Nurse coordinates total plan of care with other health care professionals involved in care and helps to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with physician, agency personnel, patient, family, and community resources. All done within a Point of Care setting.

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing Required

Work Experience

• 1-2 year clinical experience required
• 1 year Home Health experience required
• Some daily travel is also required for this role

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Upon Hire Required
• CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire Required
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Current Drivers License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation Upon Hire Required
