From resident cap management and program structuring to cost reporting and ongoing regulatory compliance, the team leverages advanced analytics, proprietary methodologies, and extensive regulatory experience to optimize financial performance and strengthen operational efficiency to support the long‑term success of GME programs.

Contribute to feasibility inputs, program materials, and readiness through gap assessments and mock reviews to help clients prepare for submission and review processes.

Help design frameworks, reporting approaches, and coordination processes that enhance program organization and consistency.
  • Provide operational coordination and project management support for residency programs by assisting with day‑to‑day operational initiatives, including timeline tracking, stakeholder coordination, and deliverable management. Support efficient program operations through organization, communication, and process improvement efforts.
  • Serve as a hands‑on GME operations resource for client engagements by providing day‑to‑day support for client GME operations and working closely with program administration. Assist with resolving operational needs, supporting administrative activities, and contributing to the execution of ongoing GME initiatives.
  • Align GME program operations with Medicare reimbursement objectives by supporting resident FTE tracking, cost reporting inputs, and cap optimization considerations.
