Job summary

Innovaccer is seeking a Manager, Business Analytics to lead analytics and reporting initiatives for our healthcare customers. You will combine advanced SQL, Tableau, healthcare data, and hands‑on problem solving with stakeholder collaboration and process automation to deliver accurate, actionable insights.

You will build, maintain, and troubleshoot Tableau dashboards, use SQL and Python to resolve data issues, and design storytelling dashboards for decision making across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands‑on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau.
• Advanced SQL skills and ability to optimize complex queries.
• Strong data analytics skills to turn raw data into actionable insights.
• Experience with financial reporting in a healthcare context.
• Working knowledge of healthcare data (claims, EHR, pharmacy).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience mentoring or managing a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and reporting initiatives for healthcare customers.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Tableau dashboards.
• Use SQL and Python to investigate data problems and discrepancies.
• Design dashboards and reports with storytelling to communicate insights.
• Support data warehouse operations in Informatica and Databricks.
• Translate customer and business questions into actionable reporting.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve analytics tickets and meet SLAs.
