Job Summary

This role involves taking ownership of major product/portfolio strategies, leading development and implementation of marketing, sales, and other activities to meet business outcomes. The candidate will manage market evaluations, lead data analysis, identify new features, and oversee large product development initiatives, mentoring a team of product management professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional product teams from discovery to delivery
  • Prioritize, scope, and iterate on product needs
  • Develop deep understanding of customer behavior through research and data
  • Build empathy for different user types to enhance product experience
  • Build and manage product roadmaps and requirements
  • Stay updated on UX best practices and leverage user research
  • Understand retailer technical systems to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with engineering on technical solutions
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate objectives

Essential Functions:

  • Lead product team execution from discovery to delivery
  • Prioritize and scope product features
  • Deepen understanding of customer behavior
  • Build empathy for users through research
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps
  • Stay current on UX practices
  • Understand retailer systems for strategy
  • Partner with engineering on solutions
  • Manage stakeholder collaboration

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience managing platform teams (onboarding, user management, etc.)
  • Knowledge of authorization, authentication, billing (a plus)
  • Strong communication skills for complex subjects
  • Understanding of platform technical concepts
  • Experience managing global teams and expectations
  • Knowledge of customer profile management

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, Finance, or related field.

Minimum Experience:

5-8 years in Product Management, Market analysis, or related fields, with strong analytical skills. Advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.

Domicile:

Position can be remote within the U.S., with the ability to work anywhere in the country.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with platform onboarding, contract management, user management, and familiarity with technical concepts related to customer profiles.

Pay Range: $10,447 - $15,670 monthly, based on experience and location.
