Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior IT/Utility Operations Leader to modernize digital grid operations and oversee service delivery quality across IT/OT, regulated environments, and multi-vendor ecosystems.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement ITIL/ITSM frameworks, engage stakeholders with strategic questioning and storytelling, and translate metrics into actionable improvements, with up to 60% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 6 years of experience.
• Advanced ITIL compliance knowledge across IT/OT convergence for grid modernization lifecycles.
• Experience leveraging ITSM frameworks for utility service delivery and change management across smart grid and AMI programs.
• Ability to lead strategic questioning with utility stakeholders and align modernization roadmaps with regulatory objectives.
