Qualifications

• 5+ years in Supply Chain or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Expertise in Plan and Order-to-Cash within an SAP environment.
• Strong decision-making with risk management capabilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing demands.
• Proficient in stakeholder alignment for process adoption.
• Analytical skills for continuous improvement and gap identification.
• Familiarity with SAP modules relevant to Value Stream.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Plan Workstream-Duration Based to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will help drive a critical plan workstream supporting order management and order-to-cash execution within a broader transformation environment. The manager will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align business requirements, validate deployment readiness, and help ensure the solution supports strong customer experience and operational performance. This position also plays an important role in testing, cutover planning, and stabilization as the organization prepares for go-live.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $102,000 – $177,100 annually
