Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management/Golf Management or related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in the golf industry/tournament operations.
  • Ideal candidates will have a broad golf background and knowledge of tournament management.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail; ability to work with multiple staff and travel internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and represent Augusta National Golf Club as a member of the DCP Task Force.
  • Coordinate pre-National Finals communication, registration, and travel logistics for players.
  • Oversee DCP National Finals weekend with inter-department coordination.
  • Lead DCP qualifying season activities, gifting, and schedule management.
  • Attend and assist in organization of amateur championships as directed by leadership.
  • Draft correspondence and translate materials for stakeholders; support Tournament HQ activities.
