Based in Augusta, GA, you will lead Rules planning, education, and event-specific procedures.

Qualifications

• Exceptional knowledge and application of the Rules of Golf.
• Expert Rules certification from USGA / R&A Rules of Golf.
• Established credibility for applying the Rules across elite events.
• Existing relationships with golf administrators and players.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator.
• Ability to handle high‑pressure situations and make sound decisions.
• Ability to multitask with high attention for detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ideas supporting Masters and related championships.
• Serve as internal subject matter expert for Rules of Golf.
• Lead Rules preparations for Masters and Augusta National Women's Amateur.
• Manage Rules documents, communications, and procedures.
• Represent Augusta National on Rules Committees at other elite championships.
