  • Manage the rolling forecast package and underlying assumptions, ensuring forecasts stay current with business conditions.
  • Prepare the Monthly Financial Performance Deck summarizing results against plan and prior forecasts for enterprise leadership.
  • Build and maintain Enterprise Financial Bridges reconciling actuals, budget, and forecast across P&L, cash, and EBITDA.
  • Develop high-level cash forecasts in partnership with Treasury (who owns execution) to support enterprise liquidity planning.
  • Prepare Board-level financial slides, including non-GAAP narrative, for executive and Board presentations.
  • Analyze Part-Level Profitability to identify margin drivers and opportunities across the product portfolio.
Revenue Forecasting & Analysis
  • Lead enterprise revenue forecasting, including monthly revenue forecasts at the part and program level.
  • Conduct Revenue Bridge Analysis to explain period-over-period movement in revenue by driver.
  • Develop Program Lifecycle Revenue Views to track revenue trajectories across program launch, ramp, and wind-down phases.
  • Maintain a Risk & Opportunity Dashboard to flag emerging revenue risks and upside opportunities to leadership.
  • Prepare the Executive Revenue Summary and related decision-support packages for ELT and Board audiences.
  • Perform pipeline-versus-production gap analysis and related ad hoc revenue analyses as needed.
Decision Support & Scenario Planning
  • Build and maintain enterprise P&L, cash, and EBITDA forecasts used across planning cycles.
  • Develop scenario cases (e.g., OEM volume swings, launch delays, pricing pressure, recovery) to stress-test the financial outlook.
  • Produce volume waterfalls and mix analyses to explain variance and inform forecasting assumptions.
  • Assess the financial impact of program launch timing changes on enterprise revenue and profitability.
  • Assemble decision-support packages and management decks that translate financial analysis into clear recommendations for the ELT and Board.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related financial planning role.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams
  • Strong track record building enterprise-level forecasts, budgets, and financial bridges (P&L, cash, EBITDA).
  • Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills; experience with FP&A or EPM systems (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-ready presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and/or Board audiences.
  • Preferred MBA or progress toward CPA/CFA.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, automotive, or OEM-supplier environment, including program-level revenue analysis.
  • Familiarity with scenario planning and risk/opportunity reporting frameworks.
