Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in Tampa, Florida is seeking a motivated guest services leader to supervise a team of Ambassadors in food, beverage, and event operations. You will model outstanding service, mentor staff, and ensure high standards across shifts, parks, and special events.

The role requires a safety‑minded, customer‑driven approach, ability to lead by example, manage schedules, and maintain a clean, safe environment while delivering memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry or similar high volume leadership capacity.
• Able to lead and develop ambassadors in daily job task.
• A role model for SEA safety, guest service, attendance, cleanliness and wardrobe standards.
• Able to work with and lead ambassadors in areas that sell and serve alcohol.
• A valid Driver’s license and ability to meet company driving guidelines preferred.
• Able to complete a Food Safety Manager certification and pass the exam.
• Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50lbs. on a frequent basis.
• Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout work shift.
• Occasional overhead reaching and climbing stairs and ladders.
• Work both indoors and outdoors, exposed to a variety of weather conditions.
• Perform all cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicals.
• Able to work a flexible schedule (Includes: Weekends, holidays, catering events and evening hours).
• Flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs and career development opportunities.

What It Takes To Succeed
