Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including public accounting background.
• Current or prior public accounting experience within a Big 4 firm.
• Extensive experience in SEC financial reporting, accounting, and internal controls in a public company or public accounting firm.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and high-level technical research skills.
• Proficiency with Oracle and OneStream is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global monthly close and close calendar, coordinating with global accounting teams.
• Lead accounting and internal controls for share‑based compensation plans, bonuses, currency, intercompany, lease, derivatives, and business combinations.
• Perform technical research and documentation for significant transactions and new accounting pronouncements; liaison with external auditors.
• Manage valuation efforts related to goodwill, M&A, share‑based awards, derivatives, etc.
• Lead quarterly/annual investor and lender reporting packages and MD&A coordination.
• Drive M&A accounting initiatives from diligence to purchase accounting and integration.
