Energy Solutions is seeking aManager FP&A. The Manager will work directly with the Senior Director of FP&A and Treasurer as a business partner who develops a strong understanding of the Company and is able to present risks, opportunities and recommendations. The Manager of FP&A independently collects and analyzes key data to support the Company’s strategic decision making and overall mission. They will manage the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, financial summaries and develop financial pro forma models throughout the company including project profitability, capital expenditures, cash flows and new business models.
Energy Solutions’ core clients are utilities and governmental entities, so any experience in and knowledge of administrative, energy, or utility business models is desirable. Our company’s product offering relate to alternative energy and energy conservations programs and any experience in these areas are a plus. We are also seeing increased opportunities for the provision of our services in overseas markets and experience associated with overseas operations is helpful. The Manager FP&A is expected to be a high-performing self-starter who has a keen eye for details, fosters a collaborative environment, and seeks to continuously improve processes.
Energy Solutions operates as a predominantly remote workforce with offices insix different locations. Employees who reside within 40 miles of an office (except New York) will be assigned to that location, though in-office attendance requirements may vary by team.
