Alvarez & Marsal in Los Angeles seeks a Manager for Transaction Advisory/Financial Due Diligence to lead buy-side/sell-side engagements. You will guide teams, assess quality of earnings, cash flows, working capital and drivers across industries.

The role requires 5–8 years in audit and financial due diligence, CPA or in-process, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Competitive compensation with benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• A minimum of 5-8 years of audit and financial accounting due diligence experience at a top accounting firm.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in fast-paced deal environments.

Mansioni

• Lead due diligence engagements and coordinate across teams.
• Mentor Associates and Senior Associates on engagements.
• Oversee budget and fee analysis and manage multiple projects.
• Prepare and review full due diligence reports.
• Communicate engagement status and scope changes to clients.
