Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Manager, Fashion Expertise based at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, CA, overseeing boutique teams’ knowledge of collections, product, luxury service, client experience, and styling. The role also supports Neiman Marcus Fashion Island and partners with boutique leadership to elevate team capability and retail performance.

You will deliver engaging training, coach advisors in styling and client relationships, and identify development needs while coaching on-site.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree preferred.
• Recognized styling expertise and significant experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience facilitating retail training, coaching, and evaluating team members, preferably in the luxury sector.
