Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Manager of Fashion Expertise to elevate client experiences at the Ala Moana boutique and support Waikiki. You will lead styling, coaching, and training across teams to drive luxury service standards and retail performance.

The role requires significant styling expertise, a track record in luxury fashion, and strong training and leadership capabilities; occasional travel between boutiques is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Recognized styling expertise in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven retail training experience including facilitation, coaching, and evaluation.

Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise develops the fashion, styling, product, and service expertise of boutique teams. Based primarily at the Ala Moana boutique, this role also supports the Waikiki boutique and partners with local leadership and the Fashion Expertise Office to elevate client experiences and retail performance.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and judgment skills.
• Ability to travel frequently among boutiques and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
