Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Manager, Fashion Expertise to elevate boutique teams with fashion, product, styling and luxury-service excellence. You will lead interactive learning, coach advisors, and partner with leadership to boost performance and client experiences.

Travel among boutiques is required and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. A strong track record in luxury fashion training and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong styling expertise and experience training staff.
• Excellent communication, organization, collaboration, and leadership.
• Willingness to travel among boutiques; flexible schedule incl. evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Partner with boutique leaders to develop action plans and share client and business insights.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience, with significant luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Recognized styling expertise and experience facilitating, coaching, and evaluating retail training.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel frequently among boutiques and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
