Direct, manage, and supervise the overall operation and maintenance of buildings, facilities, housekeeping, and grounds. Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations, and respond promptly to regulatory issues and inspection findings.
BS/BA or technical degree preferred, with a minimum of 10 years' maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Must have knowledge of building trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, masonry, painting). Prior project management, budget, and experience in a regulated industrial environment are required. GMP and regulated experience are highly preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence skills are essential.
Regularly required to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk, manipulate hands, reach, and balance. Frequently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity requirements include close, peripheral, and depth perception.
