Provide industry expertise in Gas and Electric Utility Enterprise Asset Management and field worker mobility solutions. Lead and manage client engagement in multiple project phases, focusing on EAM solutions and interfacing systems. Manage Gas and Electric Utility EAM and Field Worker Mobility transformation projects, utilizing functional and technical knowledge to produce system implementation solutions. Perform Solution Architect responsibilities, participate as Business/Process Analyst in Scrum Teams, develop and present recommendations, and identify technical issues with solutions. Demonstrate experience with Electric Generation, Distribution & Transmission networks, Gas Distribution & Transmission Asset and Work Management Processes. Configure and optimize EAM Solutions such as IBM Maximo 7 or later. Lead project teams, perform IT project management, and understand GIS Systems and Data Models like ESRI’s Geometric Network and Utility Network. Manage client expectations, delegate work, and ensure engagement risk assessment. Meet billable hours and business development targets. This role does not include people management or supervisory duties. Applicants must have work authorization in the U.S., with no future sponsorship required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus at least 7 years of experience, including working with EAM systems like IBM Maximo 7+, Relational Databases (Oracle 10g+), BlueBeam, SQL Developer, Java, Python, Jython, and Microsoft Office tools. Experience in engineering or consulting in the electric and gas industries, with strong communication skills across organizational levels. Remote work is permitted, with up to 50% travel within the U.S. and Canada. Must complete pre-employment screening as required.
