The activities are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and grounds in an operative and safe working condition. Coordinate quality customer service activities, purchasing, payroll, and budgeting processes. Participate in the work activities of assigned teams through providing assistance, serving as the technical resource and participating in the work as a member of the team. Responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality services that meets or exceeds customer expectations.Education Required:High School Diploma or EquivalentExperience Required:4 years of Maintenance ManagementCertifications and Licensures Required:Valid and Current Driver’s LicenseWe provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $95,680.00 - $152,089.60 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
