Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Facilities & Support Services Manager is responsible for managing the activities of the Facilities, Support Services, and Duplication departments. Ensures that the office space is functional and well-maintained. The Manager supervises all department staff and oversees the daily operations of the mailroom, conference center, duplication, and office services. Manager works closely with the Office Administrator on matters relating to space planning, construction, renovation, building maintenance and related budgeting. The Manager monitors productivity, develops and implements procedures, ensures that space, equipment and technology are used effectively; monitors attendance and performance issues; contributes to constructive resolutions of conflicts; and participates in the hiring and performance evaluation processes. The Manager is expected to provide superior service to lawyers and clients, produce quality work product and maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Jones Day offers competitive salaries and benefits to all employees. Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The starting salary range for this Washington, D.C. position is $125,000 – $150,000.
