Data driven Corporate Properties professional specializing in facilities operations, service delivery, and performance analytics. Leverages CMMS data to analyze work order trends, Service Level Agreement performance, interior space utilization, Move/Add/Change activity, and workplace amenities, translating findings into actionable insights for site and executive leadership. Partners closely with vendors and contract teams to ensure scope compliance, manage performance scorecards, support RFPs, and drive continuous service improvements. Provides analytical support to Corporate Properties leadership for OPEX and CAPEX tracking, forecasting, invoice validation, and asset lifecycle management through accurate dashboards and reporting. Collaborates cross functionally to enhance workplace services, support compliance and risk mitigation, and enable informed, data backed decision making across the organization.

The base pay range for this role $96,700.00 to $146,050.00. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
