Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance across distribution centers and support functions.
The role includes supervising maintenance mechanics and technicians, coordinating preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will lead maintenance teams, manage CMMS workflows, and collaborate with vendors on projects while maintaining strong safety partnerships and cost controls.

Supervise all functions pertaining to facilities maintenance, to include, but not limited to; preventive maintenance programs, repairs to the building, property, and all material handling equipment. Oversee maintenance G&A expense for all budgeted items in the Maintenance and Repair accounts. Oversee expenses related to other services sub accounts of landscaping, mat rental, pest control, snow removal, janitorial, waste management, fire system maintenance, and certification. Review and recommend changes to existing material handling equipment and all proposed construction projects. Responsible for timeline compliance, and quality of work for external construction projects.

Requires continuous, standing, walking, hearing, pushing, and pulling
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance is necessary
Frequently reaching, bending, stooping, talking, hearing (audio equipment), handling objects with hands and lifting to 50 lbs
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically
This role requires full-time in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback
