Job summary

Goosehead Insurance Agency LLC is seeking a senior facilities leader to manage our corporate real estate portfolio across locations. The role involves launching, relocating, and decommissioning offices, and working with satellite office leaders to ensure initiative compliance and organized spaces.

You will interface with property managers, architects, contractors, and other vendors to implement policies that maximize space efficiency and asset performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in facilities or real estate.
• Ability to develop and implement space planning and asset policies.
• Strong vendor relationships and budget oversight.

Job description

Lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team in the management of all Goosehead corporate offices. This role is ideal for a leader with expertise in project management, physical assets, real estate, vendor management, and policy creation and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of Goosehead’s corporate real estate portfolio by launching, relocating, and/or decommissioning locations.
• Work closely with satellite office leadership to ensure company initiative compliance, general office cleanliness, office organization, and spend.
• Interface and manage relationships with property managers, architects, contractors, and other vendors on a regular basis.
• Implement policies and procedures that ensure the optimal functioning of Goosehead spaces and associated physical assets.
• Manage the budget and spending related to all aspects of Goosehead offices, including vendors, supplies, repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
• Plan projects focused on effectively utilizing spaces and resources to support the company's physical facility and space needs.
• Conduct evaluations of current facilities to assess short-term and long-term space needs.
• Prepare and review designs, layout plans, specifications, and standards that comply with building regulations, industry best practices, and company requirements.
• Generate, monitor, and update project plans and timelines with task details, deliverables, and status updates.
