Job summary

Goosehead-Insurance is seeking a seasoned leader to head corporate real estate and facilities management. The role entails launching, relocating, and decommissioning offices, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance and efficiency across Goosehead’s real estate footprint.

You will partner with satellite office leaders, manage relationships with property managers and contractors, and implement policies for optimal space functioning.

Lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team in the management of all Goosehead corporate offices. This role is ideal for a leader with expertise in project management, physical assets, real estate, vendor management, and policy creation and implementation.Responsibilities include:Support the management of Goosehead’s corporate real estate portfolio by launching, relocating, and/or decommissioning locations.Work closely with satellite office leadership to ensure company initiative compliance, general office cleanliness, office organization, and spend.Interface and manage relationships with property managers, architects, contractors, and other vendors on a regular basisImplement policies and procedures that ensure the optimal functioning of Goosehead spaces and associated physical assets.Manage the budget and spending related to all aspects of Goosehead offices, including vendors, supplies, repairs, maintenance, and renovations.Plan projects focused on effectively utilizing spaces and resources to support the company's physical facility and space needs.Conduct evaluations of current facilities to assess short-term and long-term space needs.Prepare and review designs, layout plans, specifications, and standards that comply with building regulations, industry best practices, and company requirements.Generate, monitor, and update project plans and timelines with task details, deliverables, and status updates.
