  • Partner with sales and client managers to deliver outsize value to our sponsors and event partners through creating opportunities for sponsor activations and connections with the audience.
  • Manage and collaborate with vendors, venues, and production partners by setting a clear vision for the event and communicating expectations around the budget, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Partner with internal clients and colleagues to encourage innovation, share best practices, deliver success and ROI, and build new opportunities to showcase the Chamber’s best-in-class convening power.
  • Ensure that all project teams utilize, maintain, and continually improve the Chamber’s knowledge management systems and protocols.
  • Contribute to the growth of program content through consulting on program format, multimedia extensions, and topic and speaker identification.
  • Meet or exceed budgetary goals through strong negotiations and creative and cost-effective solutions.
