Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP systems experience.

Responsibilities

JPC Partners is looking for an experienced Manager, ERP Applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) to lead the implementation, administration, support, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform.
This individual will serve as the primary internal owner of Business Central throughout implementation and post go-live operations.
The role will partner closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of ERP capabilities supporting finance, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and related business functions.
Following implementation, this position will act as the Business Central system owner, responsible for application administration, security, enhancements, integrations, vendor management, user support, and ERP strategy.
This role requires a hands-on professional who understands both business processes and ERP technology and has successfully participated in or led one or more Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation Leadership
