Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of ERP/enterprise software experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Distribution.
• 3+ years leading technical support or customer success teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and conflict-resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Application Support Engineers to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily support operations, including case assignment and resource planning.
• Ensure team coverage meets support demand and service-level commitments.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews with team members.
• Identify training needs and provide coaching and mentoring opportunities.
• Analyze support processes and recommend operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and customer experience.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, ERP Application Support (Distribution) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will lead a technical support function focused on ERP application support for distribution-related business processes. You will oversee day-to-day support operations, guide a team of support professionals, and help ensure service levels are met in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The position also requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners to improve product quality, strengthen the customer experience, and drive process improvements across support workflows.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
