Job Summary

Goosehead Insurance is currently seeking an experienced, self‑motivated, and driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Coach, you'll be responsible for mentoring, coaching, and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed their targets. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

A successful candidate will have experience in a call center and the personal lines industry along with expertise in the sales process and methodologies. This candidate will also have a strong track record of individual and team success. They must have the ability to work collaboratively with people in a high‑stress, fast‑paced environment.

Experience and Education

• 5+ years of experience in either management, call center environment, or the personal lines insurance industry


• Passing the state licensing exam, once hired


• Legally authorized to work the United States
