Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking a highly technical Manager, Enterprise Platform Operations to lead enterprise infrastructure and platform operations spanning cloud, networking, and identity services.

You will mentor engineers, set standards, and drive modernization initiatives across Azure, security, and governance. The role requires hands-on leadership and cross-functional collaboration with Architecture, Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, SRE, and Security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of infrastructure engineering, cloud operations, or enterprise platform operations experience.
• 3+ years of technical leadership and people management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Deep experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Strong enterprise networking expertise.
• Strong Windows Server administration and infrastructure lifecycle management experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
• Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical production environments.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring, operational support, and incident management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a distributed restaurant, retail, or entertainment environment.
• Experience with Azure-native services including: Azure Virtual Networks, Azure Firewall, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Azure Policy, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, Azure DataFactory, App Services.
• Experience with Meraki networking platforms, Fortinet firewall and security platforms, Mist wireless networking solutions, Nutanix infrastructure platforms.
• Experience with PowerShell, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, Automation frameworks.
• Experience supporting retail, hospitality entertainment, or multi-site operational environments.
• Experience leading infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical leader for enterprise infrastructure and platform operations.

The Manager, Enterprise Platform Operations is responsiblefor leading the teams and technologies that provide thefoundational infrastructure supporting enterpriseapplications, digital platforms, and business operationsacross Dave & Buster’s and Main Event.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership withpeople management responsibilities and serves as theoperational owner of enterprise infrastructure services,cloud platforms, networking, identity services, and coreplatform operations. The position requires senior-leveltechnical depth across modern infrastructure technologies,along with the ability to lead engineers, establishoperational standards, drive infrastructure modernizationefforts, and partner closely with Architecture, PlatformEngineering, DevSecOps, SRE, Security, and EnterpriseApplications teams.
