Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an Enterprise Analytics Specialist to analyze performance trends across the organization and deliver ad hoc analyses to diverse audiences. You will be the subject matter expert for enterprise analysis and partner with Finance, Investor Relations, and CSIA to prepare quarterly reviews and earnings materials.

You will automate reporting with CSIA and Technology teams, support brands with self-service dashboards, and train teams on new tools.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of professional experience.
• Two (2) years of hands-on BI tool experience (MicroStrategy, Tableau, Alteryx, or SQL).
• Experience integrating analysis cross-functionally.
• Understanding of global economic fundamentals.
• Hospitality industry knowledge is useful.

Articulate enterprise and industry performance trends and deliver ad hoc analyses to a wide variety of audiences
Serve as the subject matter expert on enterprise analysis
Assist with quarterly business review and economic and industry analysis
Partner with internal leaders to identify opportunities to improve performance with data and analysis
Work with Finance, Investor Relations, and CSIA teams on Quarterly Business Review and earnings-cycle materials
Collaborate with CSIA and Technology teams to automate and streamline reporting
Support the Brands organization with self-service data, dashboards, and reports
Maintain existing reporting tools, develop new tools, and conduct training
Develop presentations and reporting to present analysis, lead change, and improve performance
Contribute to the enterprise Quarterly Business Review, including the QBR book, earnings materials, meeting preparation, and associated deliverables
Report to the Director, Enterprise Analytics

Requirements

• Four (4) years of professional experience
• Two (2) years of hands-on experience with BI tools, such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Alteryx, or SQL
• Experience integrating analysis cross-functionally
• Understanding of global economic fundamentals
• Experience in the hospitality industry, performance analysis, brands, revenue management, consulting, or finance is useful
• Based at the corporate office in McLean, VA
