Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven professional to align tactical and strategic priorities with leadership initiatives and to act as a conduit for cross-functional collaboration. You will elicit project requirements, facilitate meetings, and evaluate information to identify risks and opportunities that support key business decisions.

The role requires strong SQL, BI tooling experience (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI), Excel proficiency, and the ability to work independently while balancing multiple

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years analytics experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of SQL, MDX, DAX or other database query languages.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently with little direction and make sound business decisions.
Ability to balance multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet deadlines.
Ability to critically evaluate information and identify risks and opportunities.
Creative problem-solving skills with an understanding of business concepts and models.
Ability to facilitate and lead meetings, tailoring messages to the audience.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI, VBA, or Python.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work experience in an analytical role OR 6 years of work experience in an analytical role
