LA28 seeks a Manager, Energy Program Management to own end-to-end energy delivery for Olympic venues in Los Angeles. You will lead a team of project managers and coordinate with engineering, utility providers, contractors and jurisdictions to ensure on-time, within-budget power across planning, design and implementation.
You will oversee overlay design, track progress, manage risks, and report to senior leadership using Smartsheet, Power BI, and Tableau.

You will deliver the power that brings LA28 venues to life for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. As Manager, Energy Program Management, you own end-to-end energy delivery at an assigned venue or set of venues, from electrical overlay design through installation and operations. You lead and develop a team of project managers and coordinate engineering teams, utility providers, contractors, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction so every venue has reliable power, on time and on budget, from test events through the Games.
The power you deliver keeps competition, broadcast, and operations running at every venue you own. Your planning keeps the lights on for athletes, fans, and the world throughout the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles.
The annual base salary range for this position is $88,000 – $115,000. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.
