Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer, IT Security Engineering to help mature security capabilities across the technology environment. You will partner with IT and business teams to address complex security challenges and advance AI-enabled security workflows.

The role involves security assessments, tool governance, risk analysis, and collaboration with GRC. Locations include Newport Beach, CA or Columbus, OH, with four days in the office and no remote option.

Qualifications

• BS in related field, or equivalent experience and training preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience leading security initiatives, projects, or cross-functional workstreams preferred.
• Relevant trainings and certifications preferred (CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, TAISE, etc.).
• Ability to perform event analysis and investigation.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize IT and AI security fundamentals and act as a consultative partner with IT and Business teams.
• Develop and integrate automated, AI-enabled security workflows to investigate, prioritize and respond to security events.
• Perform IT security assessments and remediation activities following the NIST Framework.
