Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Manager, Client Services Engineering to lead the team responsible for end-user computing and productivity platforms. You will guide engineers who design and support our corporate technology experience, including Microsoft 365, Entra, and related tools, to improve employee productivity and experience.

The role is based in Columbus, OH with a hybrid work model—4 days in office and Friday remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Information Systems/CS or equivalent
• 8+ years technical experience with 2+ years in management
• Experience with end-user technology ecosystems including endpoint management and collaboration platforms
• Proven ability to lead a technical team focused on user experience and adoption
• Strong communication and change-management skills with cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Services Engineering team and set priorities for projects
• Oversee endpoint management including Intune/EMS and patching
• Administer Office 365 suite; optimize Teams/SharePoint configurations
• Coordinate with Support and other IT groups to minimize disruption during deployments
• Mentor teammates and promote automation, security, and documentation
