Job summary

Openwork is seeking an Executive/Manager, E-Commerce to grow and manage its OTC private label portfolio. You will coordinate product listings and marketing across platforms like Amazon, monitor sales and ads, and collaborate with Sales & Marketing leadership to drive e-commerce growth.

Strong detail orientation and analytical skills are essential. The role requires experience with Amazon Vendor Central, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate trends into actionable

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of e-commerce experience, with Amazon Vendor Central preferred and Walmart Marketplace a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Analytical mindset with experience reviewing sales, advertising, and forecasting data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies, graphic designers, and cross-functional teams; influencer campaigns is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily operational activities across e-commerce portals, including catalog maintenance, new product setup, and issue resolution.
  • Upload and manage product images, videos, and other merchandising assets.
  • Keep product detail pages fresh and optimized through regular content updates.
  • Support end-to-end launch activities for new products with e-commerce customers.
  • Submit and track customer support cases to resolve suppressions, compliance issues, and catalog issues.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to develop engaging product imagery and marketing content.
  • Use AI tools and platform features to enhance content and increase customer engagement.
  • Partner with external advertising agency to manage and optimize customer advertising campaigns.
  • Help manage promotional activities, including price deals and coupons for events like Prime Day and Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
  • Translate sales trend analysis into actionable forecasting recommendations.
  • Monitor inventory health, stock levels, suppressed ASINs, and availability risks.
  • Prepare weekly consumer sales reports and performance analyses.
  • Monitor daily product rankings across categories to analyze sales performance.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for monthly management reviews.
  • Analyze Nielsen data, the Amazon landscape, and other sources to identify launch opportunities across platforms.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and customer engagement.
  • Support strategies to strengthen brand presence and e-commerce performance.
  • Ensure listings, claims, imagery, and content comply with OTC regulations and policies.
  • Coordinate product sample submissions to third-party labs for compliance testing.
  • Identify and resolve compliance issues to minimize listing disruptions.
  • Work with Regulatory to ensure packaging compliance with FDA guidelines.

Executive/Manager, E-Commerce

The Executive/Manager, E-Commerce supports the growth and management of the company’s OTC private label portfolio. This role manages the day-to-day coordination of product listings and marketing initiatives across e-commerce websites such as Amazon and beyond, monitors sales and advertising performance, and supports overall e-commerce growth for the brand.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with e-commerce experience and a preference for Amazon Vendor Central experience (Walmart Marketplace experience a plus). This role works closely with Sales & Marketing leadership, helps strengthen relationships with e-commerce customers and outside agencies, and collaborates cross-functionally to execute implementation and optimization strategies.

  • Ensure all listings, claims, imagery, and content comply with OTC regulations, customer policies, and company standards.
  • Coordinate product sample submissions to third-party labs for customer-requested compliance testing.
  • Proactively identify and resolve compliance issues to minimize listing disruptions and maintain product availability.
  • Work with the Regulatory department to ensure compliance with FDA and other applicable guidelines related to packaging design.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of e-commerce experience; Amazon Vendor Central experience is strongly preferred; Walmart Marketplace experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Experience working with advertising agencies, graphic designers, and cross-functional teams; knowledge of using influencers for promotional campaigns is a plus.

Base salary range: $100,000 - $115,000 per year. This is the anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates. The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include and are not limited to relevant previous experience, job responsibilities and duration of experience, the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc.
