Continuum is seeking forward-thinking and results-driven Managers and Directors to lead the development and execution of optimization, strategy, design, and performance improvement programs across Fortune 500 client supply chains. In these roles leaders will provide strategic direction, technical oversight, and operational leadership across large-scale distribution and manufacturing initiatives to client leadership and Continuum engineering and consulting resources.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, executive teams, and consulting partners to architect and implement data-driven process improvements, guide organizational transformation efforts, and champion operational excellence. Leveraging advanced industrial engineering methodologies, you will play a critical role in shaping client performance frameworks, leading project execution, and mentoring engineering talent to drive measurable, enterprise-level value.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for Managers or Directors at Continuum. Associates hired into these positions will be responsible for leading a wide range of strategic and tactical initiatives for Continuum clients including performance improvement implementations, operational optimization initiatives, network optimization and strategy projects, facility design and network expansion efforts, and people, process, system enhancements for leading clients and customers within distribution and manufacturing networks

The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. This is essential as they will be a pivotal leader in the decision making process, spearheading critical client initiatives and supporting multiple resources across different project teams when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end design and deployment of strategic, high-impact client initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to define strategic goals and exceed client project deliverables and expectations.
• Oversee engineering and project teams to ensure alignment with scope, timeline, and business objectives
• Mentor Continuum resources and assets to support project success and Associate professional development.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on operational best practices and technology-enabled process improvements.
• Guide project and client deliverables supporting Continuum's culture of excellence, innovation, value and success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, & Manufacturing Optimization
• Proficiency in Process Improvement methodologies
• Ability to analyze and optimize complex systems
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles
• Proven leadership experience in industrial engineering, operations, or technical program management within manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Deep expertise in supply chain optimization and transformation project execution.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site or enterprise-scale transformation projects.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data analysis, supply chain systems, change management and operational improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field
