• Prior tenure at a Big 4 or recognized advisory firm preferred.
• Hands-on experience in transfer pricing documentation, functional analysis, benchmarking, and TP strategies.
• Familiarity with OECD Guidelines, BEPS Action Plans, CbCR, master/local file compliance, and intercompany pricing methodologies.
• Experience with dispute resolution (e.g., APA, MAP, audit defense) is highly regarded.
• Exposure to industry-specific TP issues (financial services, tech, pharma, digital economy, supply chain).
• Fluency in TP software tools (e.g., TP Catalyst, OneSource, Orbitax) is a plus.
• Advanced degree in Tax, Economics, Finance, or LL.M in Taxation.
• Credentials like CPA, CA, CFA valued but not required.
• Leadership experience managing juniors and client engagements.
• Global mindset and strong communication skills across jurisdictions.
