  • Lead the delivery of features as they progress through the development lifecycle, mitigating impediments, conducting user acceptance testing and tracking completion against sprint/increment goals.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and experience data/analytics to identify and quantify opportunity areas.
  • Develop a keen understanding of the broader prospect acquisition customer experience and its impact on the Card & Offer Decision Engine.
  • Embed operating excellence and data governance in our products and ways of working.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to simplify complex ideas, navigate cross-functional teams and build relationships, influence decisions, and deliver on shared objectives.
  • Ability to analyze data and processes to identify creative solutions and drive incremental improvement.
  • Experience with SAFe Agile software development and collaboration tools such as Rally Software, Atlassian Suite, and Slack.
  • Experience with design thinking, consultancy and effective storytelling to enable collaboration with partners.
  • Highly organized, critical thinker with a strong attention to detail.

  • Driven, curious and diligent problem solver with a willingness to learn, challenge the status quo and collaborate to make an impact.
