A leading healthcare organization in Arlington seeks a Manager of Digital Product to oversee the development and management of digital products. **Summary**
The Manager Digital Product oversees planning, research, design, development, deployment and iteration of digital products and user experiences on Texas Health Resources' web properties. This individual stewards relationships and collaborations with stakeholders, internal IT departments and external design & development partners toward release of secure, impactful easy-to-use solutions. Internal product management and technology solution teams comprised of product owners, software developers, analysts and testers report to this individual.
**Job Description**
Manage planning and research
Collaborate with organization leadership to help develop and support product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
Partner with content and marketing strategists, product owners and digital analysts to draw insights from web analytics data to identify opportunities for new and improved web components and experiences.
Prioritize features and develop product roadmaps that meet user expectations, business needs and technical feasibility.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to retirement.
Work to stay apprised of digital trends, tool enhancements and platform evolutions with a goal of recommending timing and investment prioritization to leaders toward maintaining digital experiences that meet consumer expectations.
Manage design
Lead product owners in gathering user and business requirements, and in documenting them in the form of stories, acceptance criteria and product specifications.
Engage agencies to design user experiences and user interfaces that support user requirements and align with brand standards.
Manage development, integrations and deployments
Manage a seasoned software development team comprised of front-end developers, back-end developers and a technical lead.
Hold the development team accountable to industry-standard software development standards and best practices.
Build data integrations with internal and external partners and systems.
Lead thorough QA and user testing of all new and modified components.
Ensure compliance with IT change control processes and standards for all product deployments. Manage go-live activities and communications with IT teams and stakeholders.
Manage monitoring, feedback and analysis
Track overall site performance, including site availability and page load times.
Monitor and react to security event notifications.
Lead remediation of security vulnerabilities by development team. Escalate high risk issues. Act on customer complaints and internal reports regarding site performance and functionality issues.
Manage vendor and partner relationships
Support management of contracts with vendors providing website development platforms.
Hold vendors accountable for their part of performance of Texas Health’s primary consumer- and employee-facing portals.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams Connect Contact Center, medical staff credentialing, Business Intelligence and others toward effective management of provider search, online class registration, online scheduling and other capabilities on the website. And other duties as assigned
**Education**
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field required.
Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field is preferred
**Experience**
6 years relevant digital product management and/or technology solutions experience required
Experience in healthcare and experience with Sitecore content management system preferred
