Role Overview

We seek a dynamic AI and Generative AI Product Manager for our Digital Health team. The role involves leading the development and implementation of AI-driven digital health software products that align with healthcare client objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI, generative AI (LLMs), machine learning, and experience with LangChain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision for AI initiatives, aligning with company goals and market needs.
2. Roadmap Development: Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead teams including data scientists, engineers, designers, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality AI products.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities in healthcare payments and revenue cycle management.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure regulatory compliance.
6. Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs to assess product success and guide improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related fields.
• 5+ years in a Technical Product Manager role, focusing on AI or machine learning, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience launching AI-backed or AI-native products.
• Proficiency with cloud providers and building scalable products.
• Strong communication skills, effective in remote environments.
• Passion for learning and hands-on technical projects is a plus.
• Ability to demo products at strategic and technical levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with remote-first teams and enterprise data products.
• Knowledge of IT/security tools and multi-environment deployments.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
