Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience managing digital communications platforms, communications operations, or enterprise digital projects.
• Experience with CRM, DAM, communications platforms, analytics tools, or communications automation systems.
• Strong ability to translate communications needs into digital solutions.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional digital projects and implementing new platforms.
• Experience managing vendors and technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evaluation, implementation, and optimization of communications digital platforms.
• Maintain a technology roadmap aligned with brand visibility and ROI.
• Ensure integration with workflows, reporting, and content strategy.
• Provide onboarding, training, and support for platforms.
• Collaborate with IT on integrations, security, and privacy.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Lead cross-department digital initiatives and project governance.
• Support website strategy and analytics configurations.
