Job summary

You will collaborate with IT, HR, Engineering, and Business Development to build a scalable technology roadmap and ensure secure, data-driven communications across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–7+ years managing digital communications platforms or enterprise digital projects.
• Experience with CRM, DAM, communications platforms, analytics tools, or communications automation systems.
• Strong ability to translate communications needs into digital solutions.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional digital projects and implementing new platforms.
• Experience managing vendors and technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the evaluation, implementation, administration, and optimization of communications-related digital platforms.
• Maintain a coordinated communications technology roadmap supporting brand visibility and ROI.
• Ensure integrations with communications workflows and analytics reporting.
• Deliver onboarding, training, documentation, and support for platforms.
• Partner with internal departments to optimize cross-functional workflows and CRM usage.
• Coordinate vendor evaluations, RFPs, and contract negotiations for platforms.
