Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Manager of Technical Solutions to lead the development and implementation of modern digital platforms aligned with business strategy. You will oversee engineering and QA, drive technical execution, and coordinate delivery across multiple platforms while reducing technical debt.

The role partners with agile teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and future-ready systems and technologies, with emphasis on leadership, governance, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

5+ years leading complex technology initiatives involving digital transformation and platform development.
Experience with cloud technologies, AI/ML, and microservices.
2+ years of people management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of digital platforms using microservices, cloud technologies, AI/ML, and DevOps practices.
Guide and support scrum teams to deliver high-quality, architecturally sound solutions.
Maintain unified engineering and architectural standards across projects.
Oversee best practices in software development to ensure performance, stability, scalability, and reduced risk.
