Overview

The eCommerce Digital Experience Manager is responsible for categories focused on the customer experience and website merchandising to increase conversion and enhance customer experience on our WWW & BSD websites. This involves monitoring KPI trends on storefront, category, and SKU pages. The role requires collaboration with marketing, merchandising, SEO, product, technology teams, eCommerce peers, and leadership for website category optimizations and experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Operate independently to identify opportunities for optimizing product category performance metrics on ODPBusiness.com.
  2. Use tools like Google Analytics, Glassbox, and Medallia to analyze data and understand customer behavior related to specific categories to improve the experience.
  3. Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to understand category needs, supporting new product launches and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Back to School).
  4. Work with eCommerce and development teams on category optimizations such as search, taxonomy, storefronts, SKU pages, etc.
  5. Coordinate with digital marketing to align product launches and category efforts with website experiences.
  6. Assist the monetization team with on-site placements to support vendor support and drive revenue.

Education And Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Ecommerce, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in Ecommerce, Merchandising, On-Site Search, Adobe Target, AEM.
  3. Certifications such as Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Adobe Target, and Google Analytics Certification (GA4).
  4. Technical skills include Analytics, Merchandising Math, Adobe Target, AEM, Bloomreach, VTEX.
  5. Skills include proficiency with PC, analytical thinking, user experience focus, and on-site merchandising.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Personal attributes: collaborative, good communicator, independent worker, team player.
